Nikki Lamb Tudico
President

Nikki is President of the award-winning Marketing and PR agency Lamb Creative Group, a photographer, speaker, and youth mentor. She recently launched Black Sheep Academy, an online business that offers resources to help creative executives transition from the 9-5 grind to designing a life and business they love. She is committed to nurturing up-and-coming talent and dedicates her time as a Business Program Mentor for The Remix Project - a not-for-profit organization that supports disadvantaged youth in the creative arts. She’s appeared in Huffington Post, Yahoo News, Metro News, The Globe and Mail and CFRB 1010.
Over the past 20 years, Nikki has worked with brands that include Fisherman’s Friend, Smithsonian Channel, Hunt's Tomatoes, Tilda Rice, Global TV, E!, Showcase, Cottage Life, Travel+Escape and Yves Veggie Cuisine. Through her work in the entertainment industry, she has had the opportunity to work with A-list celebrities, Rock Stars, Celebrity Chefs, Authors, Royalty, Politicians, Astronauts, On-Air Personalities and Sports Stars. She’s conducted press tours from a helicopter over the Grand Canyon, led the first original Buzzfeed campaign in Canada that had record-setting results both north and south of the border, oversaw PR for a longest TV viewing activation that resulted in a Guinness Book World Record, and danced an A-list actor all the way to the red carpet to make his photo call.
As head of Lamb Creative Group, she brings these unique experiences and relationships to the table to help Brands achieve record-setting sales results by pushing outside their status quo. Her team’s strategic insight is used to amplify client goals in the areas of PR, Marketing, Branding, Social Media, Sponsorships, Influencer Campaigns, Events and Digital Marketing. Their work puts them in unique settings that include Drake’s Views album release party, Snoop Dogg’s Private NBA All-Star party and a recording session with The Barenaked Ladies.
Nikki has been a member & mentor for the Canadian Women in Communications & Technology (WCT), works as a Red Carpet Specialist for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) each September, and supports many charitable and community initiatives through her volunteerism.

Rita is a fully bilingual senior marketing leader with over 20 years of integrated marketing experience. Throughout her career Rita has developed strategic marketing plans, managed and executed projects in direct and mass marketing, loyalty marketing, and has consulted with key partner companies on developing their strategic plans. Top tier brands she has worked with include Aeroplan, TD, AMEX, Hunt’s Tomatoes, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Avis Budget Group, Tiidal Gaming Group and LA-based May Lindstrom Skin.
Rita’s areas of expertise include Brand Strategy & Management, Marketing Strategy, Multi and Omni-channel Communications, Consumer Segmentation, Loyalty Marketing, Public Relations and Account Management.

Danielle Sefton

Danielle is a seasoned communications and public relations professional with over 13 years of experience providing effective communications, building brand awareness, and delivering impressive campaign results.
Over the past 13 years, Danielle has worked on numerous high-profile brands in a diverse range of industries including entertainment, lifestyle, consumer products, sports, esports, and technology, developing innovative strategies and multi-tiered campaigns that help brands connect with media, influencers, and their target audiences. She has managed countless media appearances and tours, photo shoots, red carpets, influencer campaigns, events and more, and most notably helped launch the OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network in Canada, which included planning and executing events and media relations for Oprah Winfrey’s visit to Toronto in April 2012.
Throughout her career, Danielle has worked with some of the biggest brands in television including HBO Canada, CBC, W Network, YTV, OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network (Canada), and SHOWTIME, and has helped launch many series into #1 rated programs from Property Brothers and Game of Thrones to Kim’s Convenience and Love It or List It. She has also worked with a number of consumer products, lifestyle and sports brands including Yves Veggie Cuisine, High Liner Foods, Tennis Canada, AEXOS, and digital network Kin Community. In addition, Danielle volunteers as a Red Carpet Specialist for the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) each September.
Danielle is an avid traveller, and when she’s not home in Toronto, she’s off exploring different corners of the world. From October 2017 to April 2018, she spent six months exploring nine countries across three continents with her husband. During this multi-month trip, she co-created, designed and authored a travel blog, optimizing SEO and social media to create partnership opportunities. Danielle has also contributed travel articles to the Canadian lifestyle website CBC Life.

He has a proven track record of helping small to medium-sized businesses generate leads, boost brand awareness and drive revenue.

Rachel Gray

Rachel is a passionate digital marketing professional with over 14 years of experience in social media management, marketing strategy and creative design. Throughout her career, she has amassed valuable experience working in operations, project management, sales, business development and digital marketing. She has managed digital marketing programs in a diverse range of industries including wellness, travel, lifestyle, food and beverage, fitness and technology and has worked on a variety of exciting brand activations including those with Veuve Clicquot, Etsy and Hudson’s Bay.
Rachel’s areas of expertise include Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Creative Asset Design, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing Strategy and Copywriting. Rachel achieves ambitious digital marketing objectives by leveraging the power of analytical data and cross-platform metrics.
As an avid travel enthusiast and nature lover, Rachel recently opened Minnow Bay, an Airbnb cottage rental in the Kawartha Highlands to create a blissful retreat for local travellers. She also recently made the move from suburban living to a 25-acre farm where she can spend her leisure time growing food for her family and adding to her menagerie of farm animals.
Joallore Alon

Joallore is an experienced Community and Social Media Manager with more than 5 years of experience in the digital space.
Throughout his career, Joallore has managed social media accounts for a variety of industries, including hospitality, food and beverage, and consumer goods. He has worked on the social strategy and execution for top brands such as Tim Hortons, Entripy, Lofbergs, Kenneth Cole, and Emborg Canada, driving engagement and building brand awareness.
Constantly curious and staying on top of the latest social trends, Joallore's areas of knowledge include digital strategy, paid media, Facebook ads, and influencer marketing.
Joallore is also a Red Cross Digital volunteer assisting the Canadian Red Cross through social media monitoring and content creation online. In his spare time, Joallore enjoys continued learning through online and offline events.
Martina is a virtual business manager, productivity consultant, speaker, and soon-to-be author of “How To Find And Work With A Virtual Assistant”. Martina supports the LCG team with time management, accountability, helps increase productivity and workflows, and oversees our office administration team.
Martina has been featured in the Globe and Mail, on Rogers TV and Career Cycles on 89.5 FM Toronto in addition to numerous TV, radio, and newspapers over the years.
She is an avid gardener and a strong and proactive leader in her community, who is very engaged in numerous environmental initiatives, including an urban harvest program for the local Food Bank, and a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Martina Rowley

Cassandra is an Ottawa-based writer at the start of her professional writing career. As a recent graduate of Centennial College and the University of Waterloo, Cassandra has a Professional Writing Graduate Certificate in addition to an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Rhetoric, Media, and Professional Communication.
In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the many small towns around her own rural home. While out and about, you can catch her shopping for candles or grabbing an iced chai from a local coffee shop. Cassandra is an avid reader with her nose always buried in a YA novel. She loves chatting with interesting people everywhere she goes.
