EMBORG DAIRY FREE CHEESE

Danish consumer packaged goods company, Emborg, partnered with LCG to launch their Vegan, non-dairy and Lactose-Free Cheese product line in Canada. Support included developing and executing a social media content and advertising strategy across Facebook & Instagram and an influencer campaign (both earned and paid) with top vegan and health-conscious lifestyle profiles. LCG tapped into their personal connections with media personalities including Love it or List it Vancouver Host, Jillian Harris to bolster social media with earned mentions and love for the new vegan cheese product line.

FANDOM SPORTS

Fandom Sports, a new App from the creators of Angry Birds, tasked Lamb Creative Group with developing and executing a social media content strategy across Facebook & Instagram to promote their new trash-talking, sports platform and engage with super fans. Both followers and engagement on Fandom Sports social media channels saw increases with LCG teams strategy and support.

FISHERMAN'S FRIEND

LCG was engaged by Fisherman’s Friend to create sponsorship opportunities and promotion catering to Millennials. Our team secured access to Snoop Dogg's private party in Toronto. Fisherman's Friend was a category-exclusive sponsor which included product offerings throughout the venue including VIP booths and brand ambassadors circulating the product at the party.

 

At Drake’s VIP party during NBA All-Star weekend, product was prominently displayed throughout the venue.

 

Both Snoop Dogg and Drake were fans of the lozenge. These activations garnered significant social media uptake.  

 

For their 2016 Campaign, LCG lead an influencer campaign that included a send out of Suck It Up Emergency Kits across Canada. Entertainment Tonight Canada host, Cheryl Hickey was brought on board as a key influencer and brand champion. Cheryl posted to her community of over 60,000 about her love for the Fisherman’s Friend product and the #suckitup Emergency Remedy Kits. Other key influencers included Sasha Exeter, Jose Lopez and Daniel Ocean.

LCG also executed the Fisherman's Friend "Friend of the Community" Award in partnership with Ensemble IQ that highlighted the inspiring ways independent retailers support their local communities.

 

 
GURU STUDIOS​

Emmy award winning Guru Studios tasked LCG with promotion for the Treehouse Dino Paws App.  To achieve this goal LCG created a sampling activation at the Ontario Science Centre. The Dino Paws app was featured in the Apple Store at #1 for weeks.

 

Additionally, LCG was engaged for the promotion of the digital series Nemesis, aimed at 10-14-year-old boys. An immersive experience event was executed at Skyzone Trampoline Park to engage with the target demo and drive video views.The activation  gained enough traction for Teletoon to greenlight Nemesis for a television series.   

HAVEN TORONTO

Haven Toronto, a resource centre for elder homeless men was rebranded from Good Neighbour’s Club.

 

With the new branding came the need to build awareness, Haven Toronto turned to Lamb Creative Group to expand their corporate profile and PR outreach. Results included a 3-part series on K. Oman's Humans of Toronto blog.

HUNT'S HEIRLOOM TOMATOES

Legacy CPG brand, Hunt’s Tomato, engaged the Lamb Creative Group to support the launch of their new Heirloom Tomato product line with a PR campaign in English & French Canada. Targeting families, their product was aligned with media personalities Rick & Angie Campanili and Celebrity Chef Danny St-Pierre to promote the fresh new taste and share recipe ideas featuring the product. Interviews were secured for the spokespeople with NewsTalk 1010, Toronto Sun, Humble & Fred Show on Sirius XM, and with French media including La Presse, Salut Bonjour, 7 Jours, and Cinq Fourchettes.

HOLLYWOOD SUITE

As part of the Hollywood Suite “decades” rebrand and free preview publicity, press kits were sent to 150 journalists across the country. Kits contained the information on the newly packaged channel offering and the popular digital game Catch Phrase – Decades.  We leveraged TV pundit Rob Salem for interviews.

Ride sharing competitor Instaryde leveraged LCG's expertise to launch their services in the Toronto market. Press coverage included Newstalk 1010, Humble and Fred, Blogto, and Techvibes. A grassroots campaign was executed to hand out "free rides" on News Year Eve and which saw over 1000 rides completed by end of the night.

We constructed a social media strategy that increased pushed awareness during Ovarian Cancer month.  The press tour orchestrated included appearances by Dr. Marcus Bernardini on Canada AM, Breakfast Television (City TV) appearances, Toronto Star coverage and regional Ontario newspapers.

Canada’s leading E-Sports and Entertainment company, Tiidal Gaming tasked the LCG team to lead on-going PR initiatives that amplify organizational news with key press.  Announcements have included Tiidal’s competitive gaming team Lazarus Esports partnership with SheIS, an organization dedicated to empowering women in sports; the naming of former CFL Commissioner Jeffrey Orridge as chairman of their Board and NHL Hall of Famer, Mike Modano joining their company as an investor. Press coverage to date has included interviews on TSN, SportsNet, and The Squad and media coverage in the Globe & Mail, National Post, The Toronto Star, Vancouver Courier, CTV News, MSN, E-Sports Insider and the Canadian Press.
